WHAT WE DO:

Help identify the BUSINESS ISSUES that prevent individual leaders within the organization from achieving the organization’s goals and objectives

Assure that the individuals within the organization CLEARLY UNDERSTAND and MANAGE THE PERSONAL ISSUES that prohibit the organization from reaching its goals and objectives

Help team members MAXIMIZE THE EFFECT OF THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS to the organization

Create a strong BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Establish an ON-GOING FOLLOWUP PROCESS to ensure that identified goals and objectives are achieved

Create HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS within the management team

THE PROCESS:

The Full Picture’s program is based on a group and individual processthat consists of the “5 P’s”. The organization will be guided through each of the 5 processes by The Full Picture staff.

The 5 Ps:

1. The Primary Questions—Identification of the Issues and Barriers that prevent the achievement of personal and professional goals and objectives

2. The Probing Questions—Identification of experiences that have impacted the business and the individual3. The Peeling Questions- Identification of what needs to be changed or eliminated to achieve personal and professional goals and objectives

4. The Promise—Assist the client in creating clear and actionable personal and professional goals and objectives 5. The Pledge- The individuals and teams commit to the action plan to meet their personal and professional goals and objectives
